Grady Brown-Lead Pastor
Pastor Grady has a passion to see broken and hurting people healed and restored. His heart is to use his faith, life experiences, and struggles to encourage others in their journey of faith and to lead people to Jesus Christ as their Savior in a real and personal way.
Pastor Grady married his high school sweetheart, Traci, in 1990. God has blessed them with two children, daughter Brittany Joy and son Tannie Grady IV. Brittany went to be with the Lord in 1999, but her story is a testimony of Gods love.
Traci Brown-Women’s Ministry Director
Since a very young age, Traci has been involved in ministering to others. At the age of 12 she was leading a children’s class as well as singing in the church choir. She has continued that ministry in many different areas, including kids church, youth, and worship along side her husband, Grady Brown, and son Tannie Brown. When she’s not at church, she loves to cook, garden, and spend time with her family.
Darla Petersen-Children's Ministry Director
Darla, and her husband Jeff, have lived in Gloucester for 25 years. She is self-employed, with a home improvement and cleaning business. Darla loves serving and helping others in any way she can. She is excited to be able to lead our Children's Ministry and share the Word with our kids!
Eric and Hannah Johnson-Youth Directors
Eric & Hannah Johnson are excited to be the new Youth Directors at LWC. They have big plans for our youth. They are planning to get more involved in the community & are ready to see our youth group grow!
Eric & Hannah live in Mathews County. Eric works for Newport News Shipbuilding and Hannah works for Middle Peninsula Medical Center. Both love the outdoors, traveling, four wheeling and spending time with their fur babies.
Eric & Hannah are excited to see what God has planned for our Youth group.
